研究目的：

确证评价芩香清解口服液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染表里俱热证的有效性与安全性

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the efficacy and safety of Qinxiang Qingjie Oral Liquid in treating pediatric patients of acute upper respiratory infection with the syndrome of heat in both exterior and interior

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合急性上呼吸道感染西医诊断标准; 2.符合中医表里俱热证辨证标准; 3.年龄在 6 个月 ～ 14 岁; 4.病程在 48h 以内; 5.家长或监护人签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the western diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection; 2.Conforming to the standard of syndrome differentiation of both external and internal heat syndromes; 3.The ages ranged from 6 months to 14 years; 4.The course of the disease was less than 48 hours. 5.The parent or guardian signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、肝、肾及造血等系统严重原发性疾病者; 2.化脓性扁桃体炎、支气管炎、毛细支气管炎、肺炎等疾病患者; 3.严重营养不良、佝偻病者; 4.3 岁以下有高热惊厥史者; 5.对已知本制剂组成成分过敏者; 6.根据医生判断，容易造成失访者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2.Suppurative tonsillitis, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia and other diseases; 3.Severe malnutrition, rickets; 4.Persons under 3 years of age with a history of febrile convulsions; 5.Allergic to known components of this preparation; 6.According to the doctor's judgment, easy to cause lost visitors
