研究目的：

观察颊针疗法用于髋部骨折患者的围术期疼痛的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of cheek acupuncture on perioperative pain in patients with hip fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.骨科患者中行髋部手术的择期手术患者； 2.性别不限； 3.年龄60-90岁； 4.ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级； 5.理解并自愿参加本次研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Boc orthopaedic patients undergoing elective hip surgery surgical patients; 2. Gender not limited; 3. Aged 60-90 years; 4. ASA I - III level; 5. Understand and volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1、患者意识不清或有精神类疾患，交流障碍； 2、合并心、肺、肝、肾功能和造血系统严重原发疾病者； 3、对研究中的任何药物过敏者； 4、凝血功能异常者； 5、椎管内麻醉禁忌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unclear consciousness or mental disorders, communication disorders; 2. Patients with combined heart, lung, liver, kidney functions and severe primary diseases of the hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Spinal anesthesia contraindication patients.
