研究目的：

主要目的：通过观察记录火针治疗OSAHS患者治疗前后夜间呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）、夜间最低氧饱和度、ESS嗜睡量表、中医证候积分等指标的变化，初步探讨火针治疗OSAHS的临床有效性和安全性，并为今后的大样本RCT试验的开展做前期的探索性研究，探究火针治疗OSAHS对远期预后的影响。 次要目的：本研究将通过改良温哥华瘢痕评分等评价火针治疗该疾病的安全性，通过随访统计心脑血管事件的发生，评价火针治疗该疾病的远期疗效，向患者提供一种既安全又能提高生存质量的治疗方法。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: through the observation record fire the night before and after treatment in patients with OSAHS apnea hypoventilation index (AHI), lowest oxygen saturation, ESS sleepiness scale at night, the change of the index such as TCM syndrome integral, the preliminary discussion on clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle treatment of OSAHS and for future large sample of RCT test carry out initial exploratory research, the effects of OSAHS fire needle therapy on long-term prognosis. Secondary purpose: This study will evaluate the safety of fire acupuncture in the treatment of this disease by improving the Vancouver scar score, etc., and evaluate the long-term efficacy of fire acupuncture in the treatment of this disease by following up and counting the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, so as to provide patients with a safe treatment that can improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合本病西医诊断标准或中医诊断标准的轻、中度患者； （2）性别不限，年龄在18-70周岁之间； （3）签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者 （4）能够配和治疗和随访的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine; 2. The age of the subjects was 18-70 years old; 3. The subjects who signed the informed consent form voluntarily participated in the study 4. Patients who can be treated and followed up.

排除标准：

（1）上气道解剖严重异常，如Ⅱ度以上扁桃体肥大、悬雍垂过长、舌体胖大、舌根后坠等； （2）中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者； （3）合并有心脑学管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发病及精神病患者； （4）妊娠、哺乳期患者； （5）严重惧针或对金属过敏或无法接受火针治疗后留有瘢痕者； （6）正在接受其他临床试验，且其治疗可能影响本研究的效应指标者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The upper airway anatomy was seriously abnormal, such as hypertrophy of tonsil above grade II, long uvula, fat tongue, falling back of tongue base, etc; 2. Patients with central sleep apnea syndrome; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardio cerebral canal, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and psychosis; 4. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 5. Patients with severe fear of needling or allergy to metal or those who can not accept Fire Needling Treatment and have scars; 6. Subjects who are undergoing other clinical trials and whose treatment may affect the effect indicators of this study.
