研究目的：

鼻咽癌是一种好发于人体鼻咽部位的恶性肿瘤，尤其在我国南方地区较为常见，其发病率也在我国的头颈部恶性肿瘤中居于首位。目前临床上应用于鼻咽癌治疗的主要方法是放射疗法，鼻咽癌患者在进行放疗后，颈、咽及面的肌群可发生纤维化而导致吞咽功能障碍。针灸作为中医的重要组成部分，被认为是缓解症状的有效替代疗法，目前已广泛应用于78个国家和地区。针刺疗法已广泛应用于鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍中，具有良好疗效，目前对于穴位埋线对鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍的疗效观察尚未见报道。穴位埋线是在埋针留针结合的基础上发展起来的。埋线疗法的过程包括了多种疗法，其中包括穴位封闭、针剌、刺血放血、组织及割治疗法，其效果包含埋针效应及滞后效应。这种将多种疗法的特点集中于一体，正是穴位埋线的特殊治疗效果。据此，我们创新性地尝试将穴位埋线作为鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍的一种新的治疗方法，同时，患者接受治疗前后均接受吞咽造影检查，采用吞咽功能影像数字化采集与分析系统，以期对穴位埋线对鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍的临床疗效进行观察及评价。

Objectives of Study：

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a kind of malignant tumor in the position of human nasopharynx, which is especially common in southern China, and its incidence rate also ranks the first among head and neck malignant tumors in China.At present, the main clinical method used in the treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer is radiation therapy. After radiotherapy, patients with nasopharyngeal cancer can have fibrosis of the muscles of the neck, pharynx and face, leading to dysphagia.As an important part of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine, acupuncture is regarded as an effective alternative therapy to relieve symptoms and has been widely used in 78 countries and regions.Acupuncture therapy has been widely used in the treatment of swallowing disorders after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and has a good effect. At present, there has been no report on the therapeutic effect of embedding acupoint thread on swallowing disorders after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Acupoint embedding thread is developed based on the combination of embedding needle and retaining needle.The process of embedding therapy includes a variety of therapies, including acupoint closure, acupuncture, pricking, bloodletting, tissue and resection. The effects include embedding effect and hysteresis effect.This kind of combination of the characteristics of various therapies is the special therapeutic effect of acupoint embedding.On this basis, we buried acupuncture point line as innovative attempts to nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy, a new method of treatment of swallowing disorders at the same time, patients were examined by swallowing imaging before and after treatment, the swallowing function digital image acquisition and analysis system, in order to acupuncture point bury line of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy clinical curative effect observation and evaluation of swallowing disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①确诊为鼻咽腔顶部和侧壁的恶性肿瘤； ②定期住院治疗并主诉有吞咽困难； ③头颈外科专家判断有吞咽障碍； ④年龄 30～80； ⑤能独立或在研究者帮助下可完成安德森评分量表的填写，可配合洼田饮水试验； ⑥预期生存期>6个月； ⑦知情并同意，自愿接受，依从性好的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Malignant neoplasms at the top and lateral walls of the nasopharyngeal cavity were confirmed; 2. Regular hospitalization and complaints of dysphagia; 3. Head and neck surgery experts determined that there was a swallowing disorder; 4. Aged 30 to 80 years; 5. It can complete the filling of Anderson rating scale independently or with the help of researchers, and can cooperate with the drinking water test in low-lying fields; 6. Expected lifetime & GT 6 months; 7. Informed and agreed, voluntary acceptance, good compliance of patients.

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳期； 2.患有心脑血管、内分泌系统、造血系统、消化系统、严重原发性疾病和精神病患者； 3.有精神及感知功能缺陷的患者； 4.有凝血病、血小板减少症或其他出血性疾病的患者； 5.败血症或菌血症患者； 6.在穴位埋线区域有淋巴水肿的患者； 7.畏惧穴位埋线或的患者； 8.已行外科治疗，导致吞咽功能不可逆，会对本次研究结果造成干扰者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, digestive system, serious primary diseases and mental diseases; 3. Patients with mental and perceptual impairments; 4. Patients with clotting disease, thrombocytopenia or other hemorrhagic diseases; 5. Sepsis or bacteremia patients; 6. There were lymphedema patients in acupoint embedding area; 7. Patients who are afraid of acupoint embedding or; 8. If the therapy has been treated surgically, the swallowing function will be irreversible, which will cause disturbance to the results of this study.
