观察“指尖易筋”推拿手法在恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者治疗中的疗效、作用时间及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the therapeutic effect, time and safety of "fingertip easy tendon" manipulation in the treatment of bone metastasis pain of malignant tumor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

中医传统推拿通常是以痛止痛，在患处下手治疗，具有引起病理性骨折、加速肿瘤转移等隐患，因此骨转移疼痛是传统推拿手法的相对禁忌症。但是，骨转移痛的患者往往合并局部水肿、筋膜粘连，客观需要一种新的推拿手法，既能发挥其疏经通络止痛的治疗作用，又能避免不良事件的发生。 “指尖易筋”推拿手法，避开疼痛局部，采用由远及近、由外而内、先阳后阴，以不痛解痛的治疗思路，预试验表明，该手法对各种癌痛患者都具有较好的止痛效果，部分临床案例中，甚至最终实现了止痛药减量。 将“指尖易筋”推拿手法运用于恶性肿瘤骨转移痛的治疗，将止痛药物的使用，合理转化为物理疗法，减轻了肿瘤患者的痛苦，减少其对止痛药的成瘾性与依赖性，提高其生活质量。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Traditional Chinese massage usually uses pain to relieve pain. It can cause pathological fracture and accelerate tumor metastasis. Therefore, bone metastasis pain is the relative contraindication of traditional massage. However, patients with bone metastases often have local edema and fascial adhesion, which objectively requires a new massage technique, which can not only play the role of relieving pain by dispersing channels and dredging collaterals, but also avoid the occurrence of adverse events. The massage technique of "finger tip is easy to muscle" avoids the pain part, adopts the treatment idea of "from far to near, from outside to inside, from Yang to Yin first, to relieve the pain without pain". The pre test shows that the manipulation has good analgesic effect on all kinds of cancer pain patients, and in some clinical cases, even eventually realizes the reduction of painkillers. The massage technique of "finger tip is easy to muscle" is applied to the treatment of bone metastasis pain of malignant tumor, and the use of painkillers is reasonably transformed into physical therapy, which reduces the pain of tumor patients, reduces their addiction and dependence on painkillers, and improves their quality of life.

纳入标准：

符合恶性肿瘤骨转移诊断标准，原发灶明确； 因骨转移引起的中重度疼痛患者，疼痛数字量表(VAS)评分≥4分； 自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书； 预计生存期大于3个月的患者； 年龄大于18岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to the diagnosis standard of bone metastasis, the primary focus was clear; 2. For patients with moderate or severe pain caused by bone metastasis, VAS score >=4; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent; 4. Patients with expected survival longer than 3 months; 5. Aged more than 18 years old.

排除标准：

伴有呼吸抑制、发热等严重并发症； 神志不清，不能正确判断疼痛程度者； 治疗局部有癌性溃疡或疼痛部位溃烂； 已发生病理性骨折，或具有病理性骨折高危因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There were severe complications such as respiratory depression and fever; 2. The patient is delirious and can't judge the degree of pain correctly; 3. Treatment of local cancerous ulcer or sore site ulceration; 4. Pathological fracture has occurred or has high risk factors of pathological fracture.
