研究目的：

本研究旨在针对抽动障碍这一临床常见和难点问题，探寻儿童抽动障碍发病的危险因素，探索中医治疗抽动障碍的优势环节，为中医治疗抽动障碍的临床效果提供真实世界证据，筛选中医药治疗抽动障碍的有效方案。 （一）探寻影响儿童抽动障碍治疗的危险因素。 （二）在《中医儿科临床诊疗指南-抽动障碍》基础上，探索儿童抽动障碍中医证候分布特点。 （三）在《中医儿科临床诊疗指南-抽动障碍》基础上，探索中医药治疗儿童抽动障碍的疗效。其中包括中药治疗、针灸治疗、推拿治疗（本研究不包含对中成药的观察）。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the risk factors for the onset of tic disorders in children, explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tic disorders, provide real-world evidence for the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tic disorders, and screen effective solutions for the treatment of tic disorders. 1.Explore the risk factors that affect the treatment of tic disorders in children. 2.Based on the "Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Tic Disorders", explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in children with tic disorders. 3.On the basis of "Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Tic Disorders", explore the curative effect of TCM treatment in children with tic disorders. Including Chinese medicine treatment, acupuncture treatment, massage treatment (this study does not include the observation of Chinese patent medicine).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）患儿5岁~14岁； （2）满足抽动障碍中Tourette综合征或持续性(慢性)运动或发声抽动障碍的诊断标准； （3）自愿参加研究，法定代理人及患儿签署知情同意书； （4）YGTSS评分为轻中度：轻度：<25 分；中度：25～50 分。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 5–14 years (either sex); (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Tourette's syndrome or persistent (chronic) motor or phonatory tic disorder in tic disorder; (3) Volunteer to participate in the study, and the legal agent and the child willing to sign the informed consent; (4) YGTSS score is mild to moderate: mild: < 25 points; moderate: 25-50 points.

排除标准：

（1）合并有严重的全身性疾病，如心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等原发疾病； （2）严重的精神病患者； （3）已知对试验药物或其成分过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems; (2) Patients with severe mental disorders; (3) Known allergy to the test drug or its components.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一、研究资料(包括研究成果、知情同意书等)由各中心研究人员填写，在研究期间暂存，并在研究结束后一个月内提交研究承办单位的研究负责人接受和保存。观察的原始病案由医院病案室或基地档案室保存。这项研究的结果可能会发表在医学杂志上，但我们会根据法律的要求对参与者的信息保密。除非有关法例规定，否则参加者的个人资料不会被披露。必要时，研究监督管理部门、医院伦理委员会及其相关人员可根据需要查阅参与者的资料。 二、电子数据采集和管理系统采用德派公司EDC，课题组将要求数据录入人员及时将入组患者数据及时录入系统，德派EDC将自动进行实时数据核查，自动完成基本数据核查并对有误数据进行提醒。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1.Research materials (including CRF, informed consent forms, etc.) will be filled out by the researchers of each center and stored temporarily during the research period, and will be submitted to the research leader of the study undertaking unit for acceptance and preservation within one month after the end of the study. The original medical records of the observation will be kept by the medical record rooms of the hospitals or the base archives. The results of this study may be published in medical journals, but we will keep the participants’ information confidential in accordance with the requirements of the law. Unless required by relevant laws, the participants’ personal information will not be disclosed. When necessary, the research supervision and management department, the hospital ethics committee and its related personnel can consult the participants’ data as required. 2.The electronic data acquisition and management system is based on the EDC provided by DEPAI. The research team will require researchers to enter the patients'data into the system in a timely manner. DEPAI EDC will automatically perform real-time data verification, automatically complete basic data verification and remind incorrect data.
