研究目的：

1.研究中医按摩戒毒康复技术对戒断综合征、戒毒并发症、稽延性症状的疗效，研发一套具有实用性、简便性、有效性、可普及的中医按摩戒毒康复技术标准； 2.探讨中医按摩戒毒的作用机制，为临床中医按摩戒治毒瘾提供理论依据； 3.探索中医按摩戒毒途径，在生理上脱毒，主要是心理上脱瘾，戒治屡戒屡吸的怪圈。

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effect of massage rehabilitation technology on abstinence syndrome, complications and protracted symptoms, and to develop a set of practical, simple, effective and popularizable rehabilitation technology standards of massage rehabilitation in traditional Chinese medicine; 2. To explore the mechanism of massage detoxification in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of drug addiction by massage; 3. Exploring the way of Chinese massage detoxification, physical detoxification, mainly psychological detoxification, treatment of repeated detoxification cycle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合精神活性物质所致精神障碍阿片类依赖诊断标准； 2.年龄在18～60 岁之间，性别不限； 3.初次吸食毒品者为主； 4.知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnostic criteria for opioid dependence in psychoactive substance-induced mental disorders; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Initial drug users are predominant; 4. Informed consent, volunteer subjects.

排除标准：

1.严重肝、肾功能不全失代偿，肺功能不全或合并其它各系统严重疾病者(ALT,AST 大于 180IU/L)； 2.血压低于 85/55mmHg或心率低于50次/分者； 3.严重感染性疾病者； 4.既往有严重神经、精神疾病史者；其它严重躯体疾病、HIV 感染史，重度营养不良者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency or other serious diseases (ALT, AST greater than 180IU/L); 2. Blood pressure below 85/55 mmHg or heart rate below 50 beats/minute; 3. Severe infectious diseases; 4. Those with a history of severe neurological and psychiatric disorders, other serious physical diseases, HIV infection and severe malnutrition.

采用 Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6.0 软件建立数据库及自由表，由医学统计专业人员负责录入和数据库的管理。数据的分析与处理采用SPSS18.0 for Windows 软件进行统计。
