研究目的：

1. 观察绝经后骨质疏松症不同证型（肾阳虚证、肝肾阴虚证）患者眼象数据及骨代谢标志物指标。 2. 探索绝经后骨质疏松症不同证型（肾阳虚证、肝肾阴虚证）患者眼象特征及骨代谢标志物差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the eye picture data and bone metabolism markers of patients with different syndromes of postmenopausal osteoporosis (shenyang deficiency syndrome, liver, and kidney yin deficiency syndrome). 2. Explore the differences in eye features and bone metabolism markers in patients with different syndromes of postmenopausal osteoporosis (shenyang deficiency syndrome, liver, and kidney yin deficiency syndrome).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合诊断标准； 2. 女性绝经后，符合肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚中医证型的患者； 3. 患者智力正常，无语言交流障碍，愿意接受治疗，能配合医生顺利完成疼痛分级评分； 4. 患者本人同意并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Post-menopausal women who meet the TCM syndromes of kidney-yang deficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency; 3. Patients with normal intelligence, no language communication impairment, willing to accept treatment and able to cooperate with physicians to successfully complete pain grading scoring. 4. Patients agree and sign the consent form.

排除标准：

1. 长期使用镇静药品、阿片类药品，有酒精滥用史者； 2. 神经官能症及精神病患者； 3. 吸毒、疼痛疾病、严重高血压、心脏病的手术病人； 4. 有严重心、肺、肾功能不全者； 5. 患有眼部相关疾病影响白睛影像采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have used sedatives and opioids for a long time and have a history of alcohol abuse; 2. Patients with neurosis and mental illness; 3. Patients with taking drugs, painful diseases, severe hypertension, and heart disease; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients suffering from eye-related diseases that affect the white eye image collectors.
