探索一种通过人脸图像舌面特征识别的方法进行中医体质的判断方法，研究其可行性和准确度。

Objectives of Study：

To explore a method for judging TCM constitution through the method of face image tongue feature recognition, and to study its feasibility and accuracy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄：18-64岁，男女不限； 2.单纯体质； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18-64 years old, no gender limit; 2. Simple constitution; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有面部手术、假体植入、外伤史者； 2.有严重视听、语言障碍及严重精神病患者，影响对调查问卷的正确理解和回答者； 3.近一年内经历重大疾病、孕产，可能导致体质发生较大变化者； 4.处于疾病急性期状态，如黄疸等可导致面色发生显著改变者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of facial surgery, prosthesis implantation, or trauma; 2. Patients with severe audio-visual and language barriers and severe mental illness, which affect the correct understanding and answering of the questionnaire; 3. Those who have experienced major diseases, pregnancy and childbirth in the past year, which may lead to major changes in physical fitness; 4. Those who are in the acute phase of the disease, such as jaundice, which can lead to significant changes in complexion.

依据《中医体质分类与判定》ZYYXH/T 157-2009。参与者填写中医体质问卷，同时专家人工辨识，双重一致可判定。

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

通过自主研发固定光源人脸采集设备，采集图像，通过深度学习算法进行图片特征识别，构建体质诊断模型。

Index test:

According to ''Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions'' ZYYXH/T 157-2009. Participants fill in the TCM constitution questionnaire, and experts manually identify, which can be determined by double consistency.

单纯偏颇体质者，气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质及特禀质各300人
