研究目的：

本研究通过对疑似冠心病患者大拇指根部血管的调查研究，探索疑似冠心病患者手部特征性改变对冠心病诊断的价值，为冠心病的诊断提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

This research through the thumb the roots of the blood vessels in patients with suspected coronary artery disease investigation and study, explore the suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with hand characteristic change of the value of coronary heart disease diagnosis, provide reference for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在30-60岁之间。 （2）有心前区不适症状（包括胸痛、胸闷、心慌、气短等），心电图检查结果异常，有两个或两个以上冠心病危险因素（高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病或糖耐量异常、吸烟、肥胖）。 （3）既往未做冠心病相关检查，男女不限。 （4）自愿参加本研究，研究过程配合医生研究工作。 （5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male and female between the ages of 30 and 60 years; (2) With any discomfort symptoms before the heart front area (including chest pain, bosom frowsty, flustered, shortness of breath, etc.), abnormal ECG findings, there are two or more than two risk factors for coronary heart disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, or abnormal glucose tolerance, smoking, obesity); (3) No previous coronary heart disease examination; (4) Volunteer to participate in this study, and study the process in conjunction with the doctor's research work; (5) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）既往明确诊断为冠心病、急性冠脉综合证、严重心功能或肾功能不全患者。 （2）严重出血及感染性疾病，严重疾病终末期患者。 （3）引起手部变形、皮损、颜色异常疾类病如类风湿性关节炎、湿疹、白癜风等。 （4）孕妇或哺乳期妇女，精神疾病患者。 （5）正参加其他临床研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Has been clearly diagnosed as coronary heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe cardiac function or renal insufficiency; (2) Severe bleeding and infectious diseases, severe disease terminal patients; (3) Cause hand deformation, skin loss, color abnormal diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, etc.; (4) Pregnant or lactating women, mental illness patients; (5) Participating in other clinical studies.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）建立Epidata数据库，进行数据管理，数据分析处理通过SPSS20.0统计软件进行。 （2）计算灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值等，绘制ROC曲线。 （3）探索手部特征、鼻褶心征、耳垂皱褶（Frank征）同时为（+）、手部特征、鼻褶心征两种阳性、手部特征、耳垂皱褶（Frank征）两种阳性时，与冠心病诊断之间的关系。统计学分析方法同上。 （4）分析手部特征改变与冠脉狭窄程度、冠脉斑块的相关性以及手部特征改变与冠心病中医证候分类之间的相关性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Establish Epidata database, conduct data management and data analysis and processing through SPSS20.0 statistical software. (2) Calculate sensitivity, specificity, missed diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, etc., and draw the ROC curve. (3) To explore the characteristics of hand, nasal folds), ear lobe creases (Frank) to (+) at the same time, hand characteristics, nasal folds heart levying two positive, hand, ear lobe creases (Frank) two kinds of positive, and the relationship between the coronary heart disease diagnosis. Statistical analysis method is the same as above. (4) To analyze the correlation between the changes of hand characteristics and the degree of coronary artery stenosis, the correlation between the coronary artery plaques and the changes of hand characteristics and the TCM syndrome classification of coronary heart disease.
