研究目的：

针灸是一种重要的中医疗法，已被临床应用于治疗中风后癫痫。临床经验表明，与其他化学药物相比，针灸治疗耗时更短，见效更快，副作用更少。然而，目前的临床研究多为观察性研究，设计良好的随机对照临床试验较少。因此，我们设计了一项随机试验来评估针灸治疗脑卒中后癫痫患者的疗效和优势。

Objectives of Study：

Acupuncture, an important kind of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, has been clinically used to treat epilepsy after stroke. Clinical experience has indicated that acupuncture therapy takes less time, and has more rapid results and fewer side effects compared to chemical medicine alternatives. However, most of the current clinical studies are observational studies, and there are few well-designed randomized controlled clinical trials. Hence, we designed a randomized trial to evaluate the efficacy and advantages of acupuncture for treating patients with post-stroke epilepsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.PSE患者； 2.年龄18~75岁； 3.处于清醒稳定状态； 4.1个月内未服用精神科药物； 5.知情同意由患者或其直系亲属签署。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with PSE; 2.Aged 18 to 75 years; 3.In conscious and stable condition; 4.No psychiatric medications have been taken in 1 month; 5.Informed consent is signed by the patient or his/her immediate family.

排除标准：

1.怀孕、哺乳的； 2.个人或家族癫痫史； 3.外伤性脑损伤、颅内肿瘤或中枢神经系统感染； 4.代谢性疾病、神经退行性疾病、中毒、酗酒、皮质发育不良或其他可引起癫痫发作的情况； 5.随访期间出现不可控制癫痫，需转用其他抗癫痫药物或手术治疗的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Being pregnant or lactating; 2.A personal or family history of epilepsy; 3.Traumatic brain injury, an intracranial tumor, or central nervous system infection; 4.Metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, poisoning, alcoholism, cortical dysplasia, or other condition that may cause seizures; 5.Uncontrollable epilepsy during the follow-up period that required switching to other antiepileptic drugs or surgical treatment.
