研究目的：

观察电针本神、神门穴结合耳穴压籽、心理干预治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效，制定综合治疗本病症方案。

Objectives of Study：

This study was to investigate effects of electroacupuncture (EA) combined with psychological intervention (PI) on post stroke depression (PSD) and provide treatment suggestions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中（脑出血，脑梗塞）诊断，头颅CT或MR确诊； 2.符合上述抑郁障碍的诊断标准； 3.符合中医郁证诊断，肝气郁结型及心脾两虚型； 4.按汉密尔顿（HAMD）17项抑郁量表评定总分>7分； 5.年龄<85岁，病程小于2年； 6.患者知情，并接受治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnosis of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction), confirmed by head CT or MR; 2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for depression; 3. In line with the diagnosis of TCM depression syndrome, liver qi stagnation type and heart and spleen deficiency type; 4. According to the Hamilton (HAMD) 17-item depression scale, the total score is >7; 5. Age <85 years old, duration of disease less than 2 years; 6. Patients are informed and receive treatment.

排除标准：

1.伴血管性痴呆患者，严重失语患者； 2.中风前患有严重抑郁障碍者； 3.中风合并严重精神症状者（额叶中风）； 4.合并严重心、肝、肾、肺功能损害。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with vascular dementia and severe aphasia; 2. Those who suffered from severe depressive disorder before the stroke; 3. Stroke combined with severe mental symptoms (frontal lobe stroke); 4. Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and lung damage.

将符合纳入标准的患者100例，按简单随机法随机分为两组，按分配方案，分别填写100份随机分配卡，并用信封密封，信封上编有号码，信封上的号码与随机分配卡的卡号相同，将内含随机卡的信封按编号依次排好，由专人保管，当合格的受试者进入试验时，按其进入的顺序打开信封，根据其中卡号的规定进行分组治疗，不得作任何更改。

100 subjects were selected from patients with post stroke depression who met inclusion criteria in department of Neurology, Acupuncture, Rehabilitation and other departments of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. The patients were informed and voluntarily accepted EA treatment.The 100 patients with PSD were randomly divi
