研究目的：

通过临床研究，评价肛肠瘙痒洗剂治疗慢性肛周湿疹的有效性和远期疗效。从而研发操作简便、疗效稳定的坐浴方，并创建与慢性肛周湿疹相适应的规范坐浴方法，为制定符合慢性肛周湿疹中医远期疗效研究的动态信息学提供依据，并为筛选出适合慢性肛周湿疹优势治疗方案提供循证医学依据。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and long-term effect of anal pruritus lotion on chronic perianal eczema through clinical study. In this way a simple and stable sitbath formula with stable curative effect was developed and a standardized sitbath method adapted to chronic perianal eczema was established which provided a basis for the development of dynamic information in line with the long-term curative effect study of chronic perianal eczema in traditional Chinese medicine and provided an evidence-based medical basis for screening out advantageous treatment schemes suitable for chronic perianal eczema.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）病例纳入标准符合慢性湿疹诊断，且皮损表现局限于肛门周围。 （2）年龄18～65岁。 （3）治疗前两周前内未进行抗炎、抗组胺及免疫抑制剂等药物治疗，肛门局部未涂抹软膏类药物。 （4）自愿接受医师的诊断治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The inclusion criteria were consistent with the diagnosis of chronic eczema and the lesions were limited to the perianal area. (2) Age 18-65 years old. (3) No anti-inflammatory antihistamine and immunosuppressive drugs were taken within two weeks before treatment and no ointment was applied to the local anus. (4) Voluntarily accept the diagnosis and treatment of the doctor and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于18岁或大于65岁。 （2）合并有肛裂、混合痔、肛瘘、肛周脓肿等其他肛周疾病。 （3）因肠道炎症性疾病、寄生虫、接触性皮炎等原因导致的肛周湿疹。 （4）合并有心肝肾等重要器官疾病，或营养不良、免疫系统疾病及相关药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Aged under 18 or over 65. (2) Other perianal diseases such as anal fissures mixed hemorrhoids anal fistulas and perianal abscesses were complicated. (3) Perianal eczema caused by intestinal inflammatory diseases parasites contact dermatitis etc. (4) Patients with diseases of vital organs such as heart liver and kidney or malnutrition immune system diseases and related drug allergies.
