研究目的：

脓毒症患者早期启动肠内营养的理念已被广泛论证，但急性期胃肠道麻痹，导致肠内营养不耐受，致使营养理论和临床实践有较大差距，脓毒症患者广泛存在喂养不足，营养不良的状况。因此早期运用中医药措施提高肠内营养耐受性，规范医护人员的肠内营养流程是当前营养实施面临的重要课题。本研究以“规范化肠内营养流程” 为临床实践的依托，充分发挥中医药特色提高肠内营养耐受性，改善脓毒症患者预后。

Objectives of Study：

The concept of enteral nutrition initiated by patients with sepsis in the early stage has been widely demonstrated, but the acute stage of gastrointestinal paralysis leads to the intolerance of enteral nutrition, leading to a big gap between nutrition theory and clinical practice, and the situation of insufficient feeding and malnutrition widely exists in patients with sepsis. Therefore, early application of traditional Chinese medicine measures to improve the tolerance of enteral nutrition and standardize the enteral nutrition process of medical staff is an important task facing the implementation of current nutrition. Based on the clinical practice of "standardized enteral nutrition process", this study gives full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the tolerance of enteral nutrition and improve the prognosis of patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

西医诊断：参照2016年SEPSIS 3.0脓毒症诊断标准，脓毒症是宿主对感染的反应失调而致的危及生命的器官功能障碍，SOFA 评分增加 ≥ 2?分。 中医诊断标准：参照国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效的标准》执行，热毒证主症为高热持续不退，舌质红绛，脉数; 次症为烦躁，神昏、恶心呕吐；瘀血证主症为紫绀，神昏谵语，舌质紫暗，脉涩或沉迟；次症为气促喘憋，气短无力，斑疹隐隐。符合1 项主症+ 1 项次症即可确诊。

Inclusion criteria

Western medicine diagnosis: referring to the 2016 SEPSIS 3.0 diagnostic criteria, SEPSIS is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the host's maladjusted response to infection. SOFA score is increased by 2. Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: refer to the standards for the diagnosis and efficacy of diseases and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine issued by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine. The second symptom is irritability, dizziness, nausea and vomiting; Cyanosis, delirious delirium, purple and dark tongue, astringent or delayed pulse; The secondary symptoms were shortness of breath, shortness of breath, and faint maculae. A diagnosis can be made if the patient has one main symptom and one secondary symptom.

排除标准：

1.住ICU时间<5d；2.年龄≤18岁；3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；4.恶性肿瘤晚期；5.Marshall评分≥20分；6.入住ICU时已具有食管、胃、肠手术病史或胃肠道有原发性损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Duration of ICU stay < 5 days; 2. Aged <18 years; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Advanced malignant tumor; 5. Marshall score is greater than 20 ; 6. Patients were admitted to ICU with a history of esophageal, gastric and intestinal surgery or primary gastrointestinal injury.
