研究目的：

（1）阐明调神针法是否通过调节代谢组学相关代谢标志物水平来缓解乳腺癌幸存者癌性疲劳。 （2）验证调神针法对乳腺癌幸存者癌性疲劳的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

(1) to clarify whether the toning needle method can alleviate the cancer fatigue of breast cancer survivors by regulating the level of metabolomics related metabolic markers; (2) verify the effectiveness of toning needle therapy for cancer fatigue in breast cancer survivors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合乳腺癌幸存者及癌性疲劳的诊断标准； 2. 乳腺癌手术后3-6个月内，且未在化疗期间； 3. 年龄18～75岁，性别不限； 4. Karnofsky功能状态评分表（KPS）评分大于等于60分者； 5. 同意参加本研究，理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer survivors and cancer fatigue; 2. Within 3-6 months after surgery for breast cancer, and not during chemotherapy; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. Karnofsky functional status rating scale (KPS) score is greater than or equal to 60; 5. Agree to participate in this study, understand and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 乳腺癌Ⅳ级； 2．且24小时内服用任何催眠镇静药物或精神活性物质； 3．合并其他癌症或较为严重的心、肝、肾等慢性疾病； 4. 患有精神疾患，或有严重的认知障碍，不能参与合作的患者； 5. 慢性疲劳综合症等其他生理或病理性疲劳； 6. 在过去6个月内接受过针刺的患者； 7. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Breast cancer IV level; 2. And take any hypnotic sedatives or psychoactive substances within 24 hours; 3. Combined with other cancers or more serious heart, liver, kidney and other chronic diseases; 4. Patients with mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment who cannot participate in cooperation; 5. Other physiological or pathological fatigue such as chronic fatigue syndrome; 6. Patients who had received acupuncture in the past 6 months; 7. Pregnant or nursing women.
