研究目的：

1，明确八段锦对强直性脊柱炎患者中轴肌筋膜生物力学特性影响。 2，探究八段锦治疗强直性脊柱炎作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. To clarify the effect of Baduanjin on the biomechanical properties of the axial myofascial in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. 2. To explore the mechanism of Baduanjin in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1，AS患者，年龄18-60岁。 2，经医生评估，预计能够完成全套八段锦训练。 3，无可能影响结果的基础疾病。 4，无AS相关药物使用或现有药物使用无变动＞12周。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients, aged 18-60; 2. Those who are expected to complete the full set of eight section brocade training according to the doctor's evaluation; 3. Those who have no underlying diseases that may affect the outcome; 4. Those who did not use as related drugs or did not change the use of existing drugs for more than 12 weeks.

排除标准：

1.医生经评估认为不能完成八段锦者 2.合并有腰椎压缩性骨折、严重腰椎间盘突出、严重心肺疾病等医生认为不适合练习八段锦者 3.由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。 4.怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史。 5.根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The object that the doctor thinks can't complete Baduanjin after evaluation; 2. The patients with compression fracture of lumbar vertebrae, serious protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and serious cardiopulmonary disease are not suitable for practicing Baduanjin; 3. Those who can not give full informed consent due to mental or behavioral disorders; 4. Those who suspect or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 5. According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases that may reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as frequent changes in the working environment, are likely to cause lost visits.
