研究目的：

在东教授治疗PN的学术思想及前期临床研究基础上，通过对PN患者采取阴阳调衡针法，观察PN患者在瘙痒程度、结节改变、心理情绪等方面的临床疗效及随访复发率，以探索针灸治疗PN的行之有效的临床规范化方案，并加以探索阴阳调衡针法治疗PN的机制。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of Professor Dong’s academic thoughts on the treatment of PN and pre-clinical research, through the Yin-Yang-regulating acupuncture method for PN patients, the clinical efficacy and follow-up recurrence rate of PN patients in terms of pruritus degree, nodule changes, psychological mood, etc. were observed. Explore the effective clinical standardized program of acupuncture and moxibustion for PN, and explore the mechanism of Yin-Yang adjusting balance needling method to treat PN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合上述中医及西医的诊断标准； 2.不限男女，年龄≥18 周岁； 3.仅包括结节性痒疹，不包括急性痒疹、成人痒疹、妊娠性痒疹等患者； 4.所选患者治疗前1周内均未使用可影响本研究判定结果的药物，如糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、抗组胺药物等； 5.签署患者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the above diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2.Not limited to men and women, aged >= 18 years; 3.Including only prurigo nodosa, excluding patients with acute prurigo, adult prurigo, and prurigo pregnancy; 4.The selected patients did not use drugs that could affect the results of this study within 1 week before treatment, such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, antihistamines, etc.; 5.Sign the patient's informed consent.

排除标准：

1.皮损只分布于身体一侧者； 2.合并严重心血管、肝、肾、脑等原发性疾病且病情不稳定，需首先接受内科治疗者； 3.有需要系统治疗（如使用大量糖皮质激素或者免疫抑制剂等）的其它疾病患者； 4.具有急性传染病或局部皮肤有破溃或合并严重感染者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女患者； 6.患有精神疾病，不能配合针刺治疗者； 7.对本试验中所用药物过敏或不能耐受者； 8.不能耐受针刺者；有晕针病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The skin lesions are only distributed on one side of the body; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain and other primary diseases and unstable condition and need to receive medical treatment first; 3. Patients with other diseases that require systematic treatment (such as the use of large amounts of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents, etc.); 4. Patients with acute infectious diseases or local skin ulcers or severe infections; 5. Pregnant or lactating women patients; 6. Those who suffer from mental illness and cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment; 7. Those who are allergic or intolerant to the drugs used in this test; 8. Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture; those who have a history of dizziness.
