研究目的：

本课题面向蒙医保守治疗方案当前的科研需求、诊疗环境、科研条件、潜在的医疗成本优势，综合考虑疾病负担、发病率等因素，选择肱骨外科颈骨折疾病，优选适宜临床研究设计，完成蒙医保守治疗方案的高质量疗效评价、卫生经济学评价，助力蒙医传统治疗的传承和推广。

Objectives of Study：

In view of the current scientific research needs, diagnosis and treatment environment, scientific research conditions, and potential medical cost advantages of Mongolian medicine, we comprehensively consider the disease burden, incidence rate and other factors, select the humeral surgical neck fracture disease, optimize the appropriate clinical research design to conduct the efficacy evaluation and health economics evaluation of Mongolian medicine Conservative management scheme, and help the inheritance and promotion of traditional Mongolian medicine treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)符合肱骨外科颈骨折的诊断标准的闭合性骨折成年患者； 2)签署知情同意书，依从性好，能够定期进行复查。

Inclusion criteria

1) Adult patients with closed fractures who meet the diagnostic criteria for surgical neck fractures of the humerus; 2) Sign an informed consent form with good compliance and the ability to conduct regular reviews.

排除标准：

1)患者合并严重的血管/神经损伤、全身多发性骨折、软组织缺损或存在感染情况； 2)有严重的心、肝、肾等疾病或是存在精神障碍，不能配合治疗的患者； 3)存在较为严重的骨质疏松情况的患者； 4)无法耐受整骨或手术治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The patient severe vascular/neurological injury, multiple systemic fractures, soft tissue defects, or presence of infection; 2) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other diseases or mental disorders who cannot cooperate with treatment; 3) Patients with severe osteoporosis; 4) Patients who cannot tolerate orthopedic or surgical treatment.
