研究目的：

明确首都国医名师姚乃礼教授治疗萎缩性胃炎的经验方“健脾通络解毒方”的有效性及安全性，并且形成完整规范的人用史研究数据60例。完整规范是指以专业中医术语形成的完整临床数据，包括患者姓名、性别、年龄、主诉、现病史、病名、证型、方药、复诊病情变化等，要求各项无缺失，这样才算一例经验方人用史研究数据，以便后续为此经验方转化为院内制剂提供数据支撑。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effectiveness and safety of "invigorating spleen, clearing collaterals and detoxifying prescription", an empirical prescription for the treatment of atrophic gastritis by professor Yao Naili, a famous doctor of Traditional Chinese medicine in the capital, and to form a complete and standardized human history research data of 60 cases. The complete standard refers to the complete clinical data formed in terms of professional traditional Chinese medicine, including patient name, gender, age, chief complaint, current medical history, name of disease, syndrome type, prescription, change of condition in return visit, etc. It is required that all items are not missing, so that it can be regarded as the research data of human use history of an empirical prescription, so as to provide data support for the subsequent transformation of this empirical prescription into hospital preparations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄在20岁～70岁，具有明确临床症状，并于纳入前1个月内经胃镜、病理检查证实，存在CAG伴中/重度肠上皮化生（IM），和（或）伴轻（中）度不典型增生（Dys）者；同时临床上使用姚乃礼“健脾通络解毒方”加减治疗，且无其他相关治疗，能自愿配合并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged from 20 to 70 years old with definite clinical symptoms and confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological examination within 1 month before inclusion with CAG accompanied by moderate/severe intestinal metaplasia (IM) and/or accompanied by mild (moderate) dysplasia (Dys); At the same time, yao Naili's "Spleen-strengthening, collateral-clearing and detoxification Prescription" is used in clinical treatment, and there is no other related treatment, who can voluntarily cooperate and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

妊娠或哺乳期妇女；合并有心、脑、肺、肝、肾等严重疾病者；经病理检查证实已为癌变者，或属于重度Dys者；怀疑或确有精神病史，及酒精、药物滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant or lactating women; Complicated with heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; Pathologic examination confirmed cancer, or severe Dys; Suspected or confirmed history of mental illness, and alcohol or drug abuse.
