研究目的：

评估针刺在特发性面神经炎急性期介入对患者面部功能恢复的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture intervention in the acute phase of idiopathic facial palsy for patients' facial function recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合诊断标准者； （2）病程在3日内的单侧发病患者； （3）年龄在18-78岁之间，性别不限； （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Patients with unilateral disease within 3 days; 3. Patients aged between 18 and 78 years, regardless of gender; 4. Patients with informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）复发的面神经麻痹患者；中枢性面瘫,Lyme面瘫,Hunt面瘫及外伤所致损伤面神经患者； （2）患有严重的心脑血管疾病、肿瘤或肝肾功能障碍者； （3）妊娠或哺乳期患者； （4）同时接受其它抗病毒及类固醇类药物治疗患者； （5）佩戴心脏起搏器、动脉瘤银夹结扎术、体内存有金属异物或金属假体的患者； （6）幽闭恐惧症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with recurrent facial paralysis, central facial paralysis, Lyme facial paralysis, hunt facial paralysis and facial nerve injury caused by trauma; 2. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumor or liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients receiving other antiviral and steroid drugs at the same time; 5. Patients with pacemaker, aneurysm silver clip ligation, metal foreign body or metal prosthesis in the body; 6. Claustrophobia patients.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由专门负责统计的人员采用计算机软件（IBM SPSS22.0）产生的随机数进行分组，先将80例病例按照1-80编号，随后使用“随机数字生成器”固定值为826进行随机化分组，0为试验组，1为对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The method of grouping is to use the random number generated by computer software（IBM SPSS 22.0）.Numbering 1-80 at first, and then randomized grouping using Random Number Generator (fixed value is 826).0=Experimental group,1=control group. The above mentioned operated by the person responsible for statistics.

盲法：

由统一大夫负责两组的治疗，由不知到分配方式的人员统计及分析治疗结果。

Blinding：

The treatments in both groups are performed by the same acupuncturist. However, clinical assessments of patients are evaluated by another researcher who is unaware of the treatment groups.
