研究目的：

探讨阳痿患者抑郁焦虑状态与职业、年龄的相关性。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between depression and anxiety status and occupation and age in patients with impotence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

随机选择2016年12月至2019年6月于我科门诊治疗的阳痿患者900例，抑郁程度用PHQ-9量表评价，焦虑程度用GAD-7量表评价，同时填写年龄、职业等个人信息。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 900 patients with impotence who were treated in our outpatient department from December 2016 to June 2019 were randomly selected. The degree of depression was evaluated by the PHQ-9 scale. The degree of anxiety was evaluated by the GAD-7 scale, and personal information such as age and occupation was filled in.

纳入标准：

18岁~80岁男性符合下列任一条WHO 国际疾病分类第10 版（ICD-10）中相关标准：（1）患者不能参与所希望的性生活；（2）勃起功能障碍频繁发生，但在有些情况下却没有出现；（3）勃起功能障碍持续了至少6个月；（4）勃起功能障碍不能完全解释为生理疾病、药物作用或者其他精神和行为方面的障碍。符合1 项者即可确诊。

Inclusion criteria

Male aged 18 to 80 years meet one of the following items of the WHO International Classification of Diseases 10th Edition (ICD-10): (1) patients can not participate in the desired sex life; (2) erectile dysfunction occurs frequently, but in some cases does not appear; (3) erectile dysfunction lasts for at least 6 months; (4) erectile dysfunction cannot be fully interpreted as a physical disease, drug effect, or other mental and behavioral disorder.

排除标准：

1.合并肾癌、膀胱结核、泌尿系结石患者； 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤患者； 3.血液系统疾病，凝血功能障碍及自身免疫性疾病患者； 4.合并严重心血管疾病、脑血管疾病，造血系统疾病，神经病患者； 5.试验前3个月参加过其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with renal cancer, bladder tuberculosis, and urinary calculi; 2. Combined with other malignant tumor patients; 3. Patients with blood system diseases, coagulopathy and autoimmune diseases; 4. Combined with severe cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, hematopoietic system disease, neuropathic patients; 5. Participated in other clinical researchers 3 months before the trial; 6. Non-resection of bladder tumors.
