研究目的：

将胃肠功能治疗仪联合中医推拿在功能性便秘患儿中进行临床应用，以探索其治疗效果。

Objectives of Study：

Combining gastrointestinal function electrical stimulation therapy with traditional Chinese medical massage was applied to children with functional constipation to explore its therapeutic effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合 2016 年罗马Ⅳ功能性便秘的诊断标准， 便秘症状持续半年及以上； 2.年龄 2-18岁； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rome IV functional constipation in 2016, and the symptoms of constipation last for half a year or more; 2. Age 2-18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.先天性巨结肠、 肠梗阻、甲状腺功能减退、 脊髓缺损和肛肠直肠畸形等器质性病变； 2.植入心脏起搏器者； 3.脐周及腹部有皮疹、缺损等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital megacolon, intestinal obstruction, hypothyroidism, spinal cord defect and anorectal malformation and other organic diseases; 2. Those with implanted cardiac pacemakers; 3. There are rashes and defects around the umbilicus and abdomen.
