研究目的：

通过中枢--穴位局部同步数据采集: （1）对胆绞痛患者进行穴位针刺能否有即刻镇痛效果，并且与非经非穴相比，针刺经穴能否即刻镇痛； （2）对胆绞痛患者针刺阳陵泉其可能存在的中枢机制是什么。

Objectives of Study：

Through central--local acupoints synchronous data collection aim to determine: (1) whether acupuncture on patients with biliary colic can have immediate analgesic effect, and whether acupuncture at acupoints can immediately analgesia compared to non-meridian and non-acupoint; (2) compare the analgesic effect of acupuncture at Yanglingquan and Dan'nang acupoint in patients with biliary colic, and what is the possible central mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18 - 60岁，右撇子。 (2)右上腹部轻度压痛，伴墨菲氏征(-)。 (3)两周内未服用任何非甾体类抗炎药。 (4)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 60 years and right-handed. (2) Mild tenderness in the right upper abdomen, with Murphy's sign (-). (3) Not taken any NSAIDs within two weeks. (4) Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 胆管结石。 （2） 急性胆囊炎、急性化脓性、坏疽性、嵌顿性胆囊炎、胆囊穿孔伴弥漫性腹膜炎等。 （3） 脑、心血管、肝、肾、内分泌、造血系统等严重并发症或原发性疾病。 （4） 严重的消化系统疾病，如消化性溃疡、上消化道出血、胃肿瘤、克罗恩病、肠易激综合征等。 （5） 上腹部疼痛的其他原因，如胃炎、肠炎、胰腺炎、腹膜炎等。 （6） 白细胞（WBC）>15×10^9/L，伴有全身炎症反应。 （7） 严重焦虑和抑郁等精神障碍（Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）得分）≥ 70或Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分≥ 72)； （8） 服用其他药物，如止痛药。 （9） 怀孕或哺乳期妇女。 （10） 在过去三个月内参与任何其他临床试验。 （11） 最近1个月接受过任何针灸治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Calculus in bile duct. (2) Acute cholecystitis, acute suppurative, gangrenous, incarcerated cholecystitis and perforation of gallbladder with diffuse peritonitis, etc. (3) Serious complications or primary diseases such as cerebral, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system. (4) Severe digestive system diseases, such as peptic ulcer, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, gastric tumor, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. (5) Other causes of upper abdominal pain, such as gastritis, enteritis, pancreatitis, peritonitis, etc. (6) White blood cells (WBCs)>15×10^9/L with systemic inflammatory response. (7) Mental disorders such as serious anxiety and depression (the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores ≥ 70 or the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores >=72); (8) Taking other medications, such as analgesic drugs. (9) Pregnancy or lactating women. (10) Participating in any other clinical trials in the past three months. (11) Received any acupuncture treatment in recent 1 month.

盲法：

在该试验中，盲患者和操作员都很困难，因此本研究使用单盲方法，即盲患者。研究中心使用一个治疗室，使患者不清楚其穴位。由于本研究中的观察指标是客观的定量数据，因此不使用盲目评估，但在数据汇总阶段将分离研究人员，操作人员和统计学家。

Blinding：

It is difficult to blind patients as well as operators in this trial, so this study uses a single-blind method, which is a blind patient. The study center uses a single treatment room to make the patients unclear about their acupuncture points. Since the observation indicators in this study are objective quantitative data, blind evaluation is not used, but the researchers, operators and statisticians will be separated during the data summary stage.
