通过分析睡眠障碍与慢性肾脏病进展的关系，明确睡眠障碍是否作为独立影响因素促进疾病进展，并通过比较中医内、外治疗手段的疗效，探寻改善CKD进展和睡眠障碍的有效方法。

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the relationship between sleep disorders and the progression of chronic kidney disease, to determine whether sleep disorders as an independent influencing factor promote disease progression, and by comparing the efficacy of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, to explore effective methods to improve the progress of CKD and sleep disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) CKD1-5期的患者； (2) 性别不限、年龄18-80岁； (3) 患者知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with CKD 1-5 stage; (2) No gender limit, age 18-80 years old; (3) The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 急性肾衰竭、伴有严重的原发性心血管病变、肝脏病变、血液学病变、肺脏病变、肿瘤或影响其生存的严重疾病； (2) 已知对试验药物过敏者（含对本药非过敏但近期使用过本药者）、或对药物过敏者、及过敏性体质者； (3) 不能配合随访和不能完整回答问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute renal failure, accompanied by severe primary cardiovascular disease, liver disease, hematological disease, lung disease, tumor, or serious disease that affects its survival; (2) Those who are known to be allergic to the test drug (including those who are not allergic to the drug but have recently used the drug), or those who are allergic to the drug, and those with allergic constitution; (3) Those who could not cooperate with the follow-up or answer the questionnaire completely.
