研究目的：

明确针药结合治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的疗效优势和评价方法，优化腺肌病痛经患者的中医诊疗方案,探讨清瘀温通法治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的作用机制，筛选最能反映疾病变化的指标，形成临床疗效更高、易于掌握和可供推广的针药治疗子宫腺肌病痛经的精准化治疗方案，为子宫腺肌病患者制定个体化、经济的治疗方案提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

Clear the curative effect of combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea advantage and evaluation method, the optimization of dysmenorrhea patients with adenomyosis in TCM diagnosis and treatment plan, discusses the treatment of uterine adenomyosis of qing stasis WenTong method the mechanism of action of dysmenorrhea, screening the best index reflecting the change of disease, the formation of higher clinical curative effect and is easy to grasp and to promote the accuracy of needle medicine treatment of uterine adenomyosis dysmenorrhea treatment, for the treatment of uterine adenomyosis patients develop individualized, economic solutions to provide the reference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合西医诊断标准及中医证候辩证标准。 ②年龄在18-45岁女性。 ③同意加入临床实验观察，签署知情同意书并能配合随访者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It conforms to the diagnostic standard of Western medicine and dialectical standard of TCM syndromes. (2) Women aged 18-45 years old. (3) Agree to participate in clinical trial observation, sign informed consent and cooperate with random visitors.

排除标准：

①由附件炎、子宫内膜异位症引起的盆腔疼痛者；内生殖道结核结节者。 ②合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等严重疾病者，以及有精神系统疾患病史及家族史者。 ③处于妊娠及哺乳期者。 ④有严重药物过敏史者。 ⑤服用激素类药物且停药未超过3个月者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pelvic pain caused by adnexitis or endometriosis; Tuberculous nodules of internal reproductive tract. (2) Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases, as well as those with a history of mental disorders and family history. (3) pregnancy and lactation. (4) people with a history of severe drug allergy. (5) those who take hormone drugs and stop taking them for less than 3 months.
