研究目的：

探讨水疗对颈椎病患者疼痛、功能、心理的改善效果，为临床干预提供更多可选择的方案。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of hydrotherapy on pain, function and psychology of patients with cervical spondylosisin order to provide more options for clinical management and intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

水疗：《八一康复中心腰椎病指南》水疗训练方法。 针灸方案：治法 疏筋骨、通经络。取局部穴位及手足太阳经穴为主。 主穴 颈夹脊穴 天柱 后溪 申脉 悬钟 配穴 风寒痹阻配风门、大椎；劳伤血瘀配膈俞、合谷；肝肾亏虚配肝俞、肾俞；上肢疼痛配曲池、合谷；上肢或手指麻木配少海、手三里；头晕头痛配百会、风池；恶心、呕吐配中脘、内关。 水疗组：水疗：40min/次，每周5次；常规针灸1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。 物理因子治疗任意两项：热疗1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。中频电治疗1天/次，20min/次，每周 5次。超声波1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。超短波短波治疗1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。磁疗法1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。 普通治疗组：常规针灸1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。 物理因子治疗任意两项：热疗1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。中频电治疗1天/次，20min/次，每周 5次。超声波1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。超短波短波治疗1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。磁疗法1天/次，20min/次，每周5次。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Hydrotherapy group: Hydrotherapy: 40min/times,five Times a weekAcupuncture: qd,20min/timesfive Times a week. Physical factors were used to treat any two items: Hyperthermia 1 day/times, 20 min/times, 5 times a week. Intermediate Frequency electrotherapy 1 day/time, 20 MIN/TIME, 5 times a week. Ultrasound was performed 1 day/time, 20 MIN/TIME, 5 times per week. Ultrashort wave short wave therapy 1 day/time, 20 MIN/TIME, 5 times a week. Magnetic Therapy 1 day per session, 20 min per session, 5 times per week.General treatment Acupuncture: qd,20min/timesfive Times a week. 纳入标准：

1，符合“颈椎病诊治与康复指南”中的诊断标准； 2，性别不限，年龄在60-70岁间（含60和70岁）； 3，签署知情同意书自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the "guidelines for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis" ; 2. Age 60-70 (including 60 and 70); 3. Patient who signs the informed consent of this study.

排除标准：

1. 合并有颈椎结核、颈椎肿瘤、脊柱椎体骨折、椎体滑脱或颈髓的其他疾患和（或）颈椎先天畸形者； 2. 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病患者; 3. 有颈部皮肤损伤和严重皮肤疾病者； 4. 怀孕或哺乳期、月经期妇女； 5. 有癫痫、中风或其他神经系统器质性疾病史或精神病史者； 6. 依从性低，不能配合本研究安排者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who complicated with tuberculosis of cervical vertebra, tumor of Cervical Vertebra, fracture of vertebral column, spondylolisthesis of Cervical Vertebra or congenital deformity of Cervical Vertebra; 2. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, Renal and hemopoietic systems; 3. Patients with skin lesions of the neck and serious skin diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women and menstruating women; 5. Patients who with a history of epilepsy, stroke or other organic diseases of the nervous system or mental illness.
