研究目的：

（1）阐明青少年抑郁症患者肠道菌群结构的差异，并分析其与抑郁症状严重程度之间的相关性。 （2）明确针刺调理胃肠治疗青少年抑郁症的临床疗效，并分析肠道菌群结构变化特征。 （3）探讨针刺调理胃肠治疗青少年抑郁症的可能机制。

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the differences in intestinal microbiota structure in adolescent patients with depression, and analyze the correlation between the differences and the severity of depressive symptoms. (2) To clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and gastrointestinal conditioning in the treatment of adolescent depression, and analyze the characteristics of intestinal flora structure changes. (3) To explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture regulating gastrointestinal tract in the treatment of adolescent depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）诊断标准 西医诊断标准参照ICD-10中抑郁症的标准；中医诊断标准参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中郁证的标准。 2）纳入标准 符合上述诊断标准；年龄在12-18岁；意识清楚，生命体征平稳，具备一定表达力;汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD) 总分在20分以上的抑郁症患者；经本院伦理委员会审批，同意签署试验知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Diagnostic criteria The diagnostic criteria of western medicine refer to the criteria of depression in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders Third Edition (CCMD-3). The diagnostic criteria of TCM refer to the criteria of depressive syndrome in the Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria of TCM Diseases and Syndromes. 2) Inclusion criteria Meet the above diagnostic criteria; Aged 12-18 years; Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, with certain expressive power; The total score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was more than 20 points. Approved by the ethics committee of our hospital and agreed to sign the informed consent form for the trial.

排除标准：

由其他器质性病变引发的继发性抑郁症患者; 患有严重心、肝、肺、肾功能障碍或严重疾病及有传染性疾病者; 处于妊娠期或哺乳期的青少年女性; 评估前2周服用抗生素、类固醇、免疫抑制剂等药物；有严重自杀自虐倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with secondary depression caused by other organic lesions; Suffering from serious heart, liver, lung, renal dysfunction or serious diseases and infectious diseases; Adolescent females who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Take antibiotics, steroids, immunosuppressants and other drugs 2 weeks before evaluation; Have serious suicidal self-abuse tendency.
