研究目的：

观察五行音乐治疗原发性高血压伴发焦虑患者的临床疗效，评价五行音乐对患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的改善，基于“肠道菌群-肠-脑轴”探讨五行音乐治疗高血压伴发焦虑的潜在作用机制，为发扬中医“治未病”优势，探索高血压伴发焦虑的临床非药物治疗及其作用机理研究提供新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuxing music in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension complicated by anxiety, evaluate the improvement of Wuxing music on anxiety and quality of life of patients, and explore the treatment of hypertension complicated by Wuxing music based on the "gut flora-gut-brain axis" The potential mechanism of anxiety provides new ideas for developing the advantages of TCM in "preventing disease" and exploring the clinical non-drug treatment of hypertension associated with anxiety and its mechanism of action.

纳入标准：

凡同时符合以下标准者均可纳入： 1.年龄大于18岁，小于90岁，性别不限； 2.符合以上高血压伴发焦虑诊断标准； 3.汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）（14项版）（7分～14分）、焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）（50分～59分）； 4.患者思维清晰，理解力正常，无精神疾病者； 5.患者对本次研究知情同意，自愿配合，依从性好，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Anyone who meets the following criteria at the same time can be included: 1. The age is more than 18 years old and less than 90 years old, and the gender is not limited; 2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for hypertension associated with anxiety; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) (14-item version) (7 points to 14 points), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) (50 points to 59 points); 4. The patient has clear thinking, normal comprehension, and no mental illness; 5. Patients gave informed consent to this study, cooperated voluntarily, had good compliance, and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

凡符合以下任意一项者均不得纳入： 1.正在参与其它临床试验者； 2.研究对象患腹泻、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病； 3.采样前3-6个月，服用过抗生素、类固醇激素或益生菌等； 4.取样前一周饮食大幅变化； 5.合并严重器质性疾病如肿瘤、血液病、脏器衰竭等； 6.已接受精神专科治疗，且长期服用抗焦虑抑郁类药品者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who meet any of the following will not be included: 1. Those who are participating in other clinical trials; 2. Subjects suffering from diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases; 3. Take antibiotics, steroid hormones or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling; 4. Significant changes in diet one week before sampling; 5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumors, blood diseases, organ failure, etc.; 6. Those who have received psychiatric treatment and have been taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs for a long time.

运用Concise Statistics14.0软件生成随机数字表，将患者按纳入顺序进行编号，在随机数字表中选取任意数字记作0号，按照患者编号次序确定其对应的随机数字，根据随机数的末尾数进行分组：尾数1、3、4对应的受试者纳入对照组，尾数2、4、6对应的受试者纳入五行音乐组。本研究因干预手段的特殊性，无法对患者或治疗师设盲，故采用量表评定与统计者盲法。受试者在试验过程中的所有量表评分及疗效评定均由不参加试验分组与治疗操作的2位受过量表评分培训的医师单独进行，“对照组”、“五行音乐组”分别由“A组”、“B组”代替，且全程保密直至统计学分析完成。
