研究目的：

通过经会阴盆底超声检查，对电针治疗前后女性压力性尿失禁患者的盆底功能结构进行观察，评价电针治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the pelvic floor function and structure of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI) through transperineal ultrasound (TPUS),and clinical effect and security of electroacupuncture on female SUI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合女性压力性尿失禁的诊断标准； 2. 年龄为35～70岁，女性； 3. 签署知情同意书，自愿参加研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for clinical symptoms and signs of SUI; 2. Aged 35 to 70 years female; 3. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 急迫性尿失禁、混合性尿失禁、充溢性尿失禁； 2. 尿失禁手术治疗史、盆腹腔手术史； 3. 泌尿系畸形或盆腔器质性疾病； 4. 盆腔脏器脱垂≥II度； 5. 症状性泌尿系感染； 6. 残余尿＞50ml[3]； 7. 步行、上下楼、跑步不能或受限者； 8. 一直使用可能影响膀胱功能的药物或正在接受压力性尿失禁专科治疗者； 9. 伴有严重心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统和精神疾患者，糖尿病、多系统萎缩、马尾神经病损、脊髓病变患者； 10. 妊娠期妇女； 11. 安装心脏起搏器； 12. 精神、意识障碍性疾病； 13. 金属过敏或严重惧针者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Urgent incontinence, mixed incontinence and overflow incontinence; 2. History of urinary incontinence surgery, pelvic cavity surgery; 3. Urological deformity or organic disease of the pelvic cavity; 4. Pelvic organ prolapse >= II°; 5. Symptomatic urinary tract infection; 6. The residual urine > 50ml; 7. Unable to walk/climb stairs/run; 8. Keep taking medicine which may influence the function of bladder/accepting other treatment for incontinence; 9. With serious heart/brain/liver/kidney/blood system disease,mental disorder/diabetes/MSA/cauda equina disease/medulla spinalis disease; 10. Pregnant period; 11. Install with pacemaker; 12. mental diseases or unconsciousness; 13. allergy to metal;fear of acupuncture.

采用SPSS软件用计算机产生随机数字，将74例女性压力性尿失禁患者按1:1分为试验组和对照组，随机编码表按病例入选的顺序排列。

The random number was generated by using SPSS software in the computer, 74 female patients with stress urinary incontinence were divided into experimental group and countrol group according to the ratio of 1:1,and the random code table was arranged according to the sequence of cases.
