研究目的：

本研究旨在比较中药活血软膏和西药布洛芬软膏对膝关节骨性关节炎早期疼痛的临床疗效及镇痛机理研究，以确定活血软膏最适治疗人群，治疗时机和疗程，并筛选出膝骨关节炎早期发生和逆转的关键靶点集合，研究活血软膏在延缓或逆转早期膝骨关节炎的作用及机理。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the clinical efficacy and analgesic mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Ointment and the Western medicine ibuprofen cream on the early pain of knee osteoarthritis, so as to determine the most suitable treatment population, the timing and duration of treatment,and to screen out the key target set for the early occurrence and reversal of knee osteoarthritis, and to study the effect and mechanism of Huoxue ointment in delaying or reversing early knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医膝骨关节炎和中医骨“痹证”诊断标准； 2.年龄40～60岁； 3.以膝关节疼痛为主诉就诊； 4.两周内未经过KOA系统性治疗者； 5.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis of Western medicine and arthralgia syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Patients aged 40-60 years; 3. Patients with knee pain as the chief complaint; 4. Patients without koa systematic treatment within two weeks; 5. Patients who signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患侧膝关节部位皮肤损伤 ； 2.皮肤药物过敏体质，或已知对本药成分外用过敏者 ； 3.妊娠期及哺乳期患者； 4.正在参加其他药物临床试验患者； 5.由于其他原因必须服用非甾体类抗炎药或糖皮质激素患者； 6.合并严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等疾病及精神障碍患者； 7.其它原因导致患者可能依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with skin injury of the affected knee joint; 2. Patients with skin drug allergy constitution or known allergic to external use of the drug ingredients; 3. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 4. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 5. Patients who have to take NSAIDs or glucocorticoids for other reasons; 6. Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and mental disorders; 7. Patients with poor compliance due to other reasons.
