研究目的：

本课题拟采用多中心、随机、对照的临床研究方法，全面客观评价电针治疗轻中度干眼症的临床疗效和安全性，阐释电针对轻中度干眼症患者眼表功能的调节作用及对生存质量、焦虑抑郁状态的影响，为明确电针治疗轻中度干眼症的临床疗效提供高质量的临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical study method was adopted to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate DE, and to explain the regulatory effect of electroacupuncture on ocular surface function and its influence on quality of life, anxiety and depression, so as to provide high-quality evidence for the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate DE.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合干眼症诊断标准； 2.轻中度干眼症患者； 3.年龄≥18周岁且≤65周岁，性别不限； 4.理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for DE; 2.Patients with mild to moderate DE; 3.Aged >= 18 years old and <= 65 years old, regardless of gender; 4.Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并其他眼病（如眼睑痉挛、结膜松弛症、斜视、弱视、青光眼、白内障、眼底病等）； 2.近期(3个月内)有眼部活动性病变或眼科手术者； 3.近期（1个月内）接受过针灸治疗或同时应用治疗眼病的其他口服药、外用药； 4.妊娠期或哺乳期患者； 5.有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重全身性疾病及精神疾病患者； 6.有干燥综合征、类风湿关节炎、红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎等自身免疫性疾病者； 7.穴位处皮肤有破损,溃疡,感染,疤痕者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with other eye diseases (such as blepharospasm, conjunctivochalasis, strabismus, amblyopia, glaucoma, cataract, fundus diseases, etc.); 2.Recently (within 3 months) patients with ocular activity lesions or eye surgery; 3.Recently (within 1 month) patients have received acupuncture treatment or other oral/topical drugs for eye diseases; 4.Pregnant or lactating; 5.Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious systemic diseases and mental diseases; 6.Patients with Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis and other autoimmune diseases; 7.Skin damage, ulcer, infection and scar at acupoints.

采用分层区组随机化方法，运用SPSS统计软件随机生成数字表，受试者按照 1:1 随机分组，随机分入试验组或对照组，各中心竞争入组。

In this study, a stratified block randomization grouping system was adopted. SPSS statistical software was used to generate a random number table. The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group or the control group according to 1:1, and each center competed for inclusion.
