从肠道菌群修复角度探讨调经促孕针法治疗卵巢功能减退相关疾病的机制

Objectives of Study：

To explore the mechanism of regulating menstruation promoting needle method in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction related diseases from the perspective of intestinal flora restoration

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

DOR： 1.10IU/L＜bFSH＜25IU/L； 2.抗苗勒管激素（AMH）＜1.1ng/ml； 3.AFC≤5-7个 月经周期第2-4天检测，两次检测至少间隔4周以上。符合上述任一条即可入组。 POI： 1.月经稀发或闭经至少4个月； 2.两次测量（月经周期的第2-4天检测，至少间隔4周以上），FSH＞25U/L

Inclusion criteria

DOR： 1.10IU/L＜bFSH＜25IU/L； 2. Anti-M ü llerian hormone (AMH) < 1.1ng/ml; 3. AFC ≤ 5-7 Testing was performed on days 2-4 of the menstrual cycle and on two occasions at least 4 weeks apart. Were eligible for enrollment. POI： 1. Oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea for at least 4 months; 2. FSH > 25 U / L on two measurements (detected on days 2-4 of the menstrual cycle, at least 4 weeks apart)

排除标准：

1.先天性生殖器官发育异常，双侧卵巢切除患者； 2.多囊卵巢综合征、高催乳素血症、高雄激素血症者、甲状腺功能减退、慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退等内分泌疾病影响排卵者； 3.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾、恶性肿瘤、造血系统及精神疾病者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital anomalies of reproductive organ development, patients with bilateral ovariectomy; 2. Endocrine diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, and chronic Hypoadrenocorticism affect ovulators; 3. Those with serious cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, malignancies, haematopoietic and psychiatric disorders combined;
