本项目以揭示“中医舌诊的科学内涵”和实现“中医舌诊技术的标准化”为目标，围绕解决“基于舌诊数据化、智能化的中医诊断新模式”关键科学问题，运用舌诊标准化采集技术、工程化技术、图像分析技术、人工智能技术、数据平台构建技术等现代技术，研发智能舌诊仪；基于健康体检和高血压、糖尿病、肺癌等重大、典型疾病的5万例临床多中心、大样本数据库，形成以舌诊数据为核心，充分应用其他四诊及临床医学指标数据，创新发展针对临床和社会需求的重大、典型疾病的中医病证智能诊断新模式，开展示范应用。研究将突破舌诊技术的临床应用瓶颈，提升中医诊断技术科学内涵，以中医原创特色和优势助力健康中国建设。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to reveal the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis and realize the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis technology. It focuses on solving the key scientific problems of "new model of TCM diagnosis based on data diagnosis and intelligence of tongue diagnosis". Modern technologies such as acquisition technology, engineering technology, image analysis technology, artificial intelligence technology, data platform construction technology, etc., research and development of smart tongue diagnostic instruments; based on health examinations and 50,000 cases of major and typical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, lung cancer, etc. The center and large sample database form the core of tongue diagnosis data, fully apply the data of other four clinics and clinical medical indicators, and innovate and develop a new mode of intelligent diagnosis of TCM syndromes for major and typical diseases that meet clinical and social needs, and carry out demonstration applications. The research will break through the clinical application bottleneck of tongue diagnosis technology, enhance the scientific connotation of TCM diagnostic technology, and help the construction of healthy China with the original characteristics and advantages of TCM.

纳入标准：

年龄≥20岁； 符合健康人标准，在进入研究前至少15天内没有患任何急慢性疾病，或符合高血压病、糖尿病、肺癌等病种其中一种原发病诊断标准； 未参加其它临床研究者； 患者本人签署或由其直系亲属代签知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=20 years old; 2. In line with the standards of healthy people, there is no acute or chronic disease at least 15 days before entering the study, or it meets the diagnostic criteria for one of the primary diseases of hypertension, diabetes, lung cancer and other diseases; 3. Those who did not participate in other clinical studies; 4. The patient signing or signing an informed consent form by his immediate family member.

排除标准：

意识不清，不能表达主观不适症状者及精神病患者； 伴有一种以上严重继发进展性恶性肿瘤或其它严重消耗性疾病者；合并一种以上心血管、肝、肾、消化、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； 孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 伴有严重的抑郁、焦虑症状者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unconscious, unable to express subjective symptoms and mental patients; 2. Accompanied by more than one type of severe secondary malignant tumor or other severely wasting disease; combined with more than one serious primary disease such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, digestion, and hematopoietic system; 3. Pregnant women and lactating women; 4. Suffering from severe symptoms of depression and anxiety.
