研究目的：

经过专家访谈和临床调查，形成终选量表。并通过信效度检验，形成判定标准。为育龄女性气血虚证候判定提供标准化工具，用以指导女性养生保健和预防疾病。

Objectives of Study：

After expert interview and clinical investigation, the final scale was formed. Then through the reliability and validity test, form the judgment standard. In order to provide a standardized tool for judging Qi and blood deficiency syndrome of women of childbearing age, so as to guide women's health care and prevent diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

① 18-65岁的女性； ② 自愿参与本调查，取得知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Women aged 18-65 years; ② Voluntary participation in the survey and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 沟通困难，交流障碍者； ② 怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用史者； ③ 精神疾患患者； ④ 医生认为不适宜入选填写调查问卷的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with communication difficulties or barriers; 2. Those who suspect or have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Patients with mental disorders; 4. Other reasons that doctors think it is not suitable to fill in the questionnaire.
