研究目的：

本试验研究中成药接骨七厘片对于踝关节骨折的疗效评价，包括骨折愈合时间、住院时间、医疗负担、以及术后并发症的改善情况，为临床用药提供可靠依据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the curative effect of jieguqili tablet for ankle fracture was evaluated, including the time of fracture healing, hospital stay, medical burden, and the improvement of postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

经影像学检查明确诊断为踝关节骨折；符合手术适应证；患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of ankle fracture was confirmed by imaging examination; it was in accordance with the operation indications; the patient signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

有神经、血管损伤者；患严重骨质疏松等影响踝关节功能疾病者；存在认知功能障碍、精神异常者；依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with neurological and vascular injuries; patients with severe osteoporosis and other diseases affecting ankle function; patients with cognitive dysfunction and mental disorders; patients with poor compliance.
