探索调营增液汤对氯氮平所致便秘的治疗效果

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of Tiaoying Zengye Decoction on constipation caused by clozapine

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

⑴.根据精神疾病诊断与统计手册（第五版）诊断为精神类疾病； ⑵.精神疾病治疗稳定； ⑶.符合功能性便秘罗马Ⅳ诊断标准; ⑷.辩证为阴虚; ⑸.年龄在≥18岁； ⑹.接受氯氮平治疗，稳定用药≥1个月 ⑺.能阅读并理解知情同意书，自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书； ⑻.无严重心、肝、肾、造血系统疾患及其它影响； ⑼.未使用促动力药、微生态制剂等明显影响排便药物

Inclusion criteria

⑴. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Diseases (the fifth edition), the patient is diagnosed as a mental disease; ⑵. Stable treatment of mental illness; ⑶. Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; ⑷. Dialectics is yin deficiency; (5) Aged between 18 and 65; (6) Take clozapine treatment, and use it steadily for ≥ 1 month (7) Be able to read and understand the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent form; (8) There are no serious diseases of the center of gravity, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other influences; (9) No use of prokinetic drugs, microecological agents and other drugs that significantly affect defecation

排除标准：

⑴.不符合纳入标准者； ⑵. 慢性躯体性疾病不稳定期； ⑶．孕妇或哺乳期妇女； ⑷. 过敏体制或对多种药物过敏者； ⑸. 不能按规定用药、无法判断疗效、或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者

Exclusion criteria：

⑴. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; ⑵. Unstable period of chronic somatic diseases; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; ⑷. Allergic system or allergy to multiple drugs; ⑸. Those who cannot use drugs as required, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment
