研究目的：

观察早期浮针干预对MV患者膈肌功能、呼吸效率、预后的影响，研究浮针对氧化应激、肌肉组织特异性微小RNA的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Fus' Subcutaneous Needling intervention on diaphragm function, respiratory efficiency and prognosis in patients with MV, and to study the effect of Fus' Subcutaneous Needling on oxidative stress and muscle tissue-specific micro-RNA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①进行MV治疗的患者； ②年龄18～80岁； ③MV时间＜24h； ④呼吸中枢驱动功能正常； ⑤家属签署知情同意书，同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who received MV treatment; (2) patients aged 18 to 80 years; (3) Within 24 hours of the beginning of mechanical ventilation; (4) respiratory center drive function was normal; (5) family members signed informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

①合并有影响肌力的原发疾病：如脊髓损伤，重症肌无力等； ②因病情超声无法探及膈肌； ③自动出院、转院者； ④彩超显示有胸腔积液、气胸、胸膜粘连等； ⑤严重营养不良，肝肾功能衰竭。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Complicated with primary diseases affecting muscle strength, such as spinal cord injury, myasthenia gravis, etc.; (2) the diaphragm could not be detected by ultrasound; (3) those who were discharged or transferred automatically; (4) ultrasound showed pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pleural adhesion, etc.; (5) severe malnutrition, liver and kidney failure.
