研究目的：

以大数据知识工程为依托，建立慢性萎缩性胃炎病例知识库，开发慢性萎缩性胃炎病证数字化诊断系统软件。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the big data knowledge project, the knowledge base of chronic atrophic gastritis cases was established, and the digital diagnosis system software of chronic atrophic gastritis disease syndrome was developed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

a.年龄18-80岁，性别不限； b.电子胃镜及病理组织学确诊为萎缩，伴或不伴有肠上皮化生，伴或不伴有异型增生； c.病历资料基本完整者。

Inclusion criteria

A. Age 18-80 years, gender limitation; b. Electronic gastroscopy and pathological histology confirmed atrophy, with or without intestinal metaplasia, with or without dysplasia; C. Basically complete medical records.

排除标准：

a.自身免疫性胃炎（Ａ型慢性萎缩性胃炎）； b.合并胃及十二指肠溃疡、上消化道出血者； c.重复、缺失或研究者认为无效的病历资料； d.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； e.合并心、肝、肾等严重原发病或精神病者。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Autoimmune gastritis (type A, chronic atrophic gastritis); B. Patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding; C. Repeat, missing or medical records deemed invalid by the investigator; D. Women during pregnancy or lactation; E. Patients with severe primary disease or mental illness such as heart, liver or kidney.
