研究目的：

评价岐黄针疗法在治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To observe and evaluate the effects and safety of Qihuang acupuncture therapy in treating the patients with knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）50岁≤年龄≤75岁； （2）符合膝骨性关节炎的诊断标准（参照2019年国际指南《Osteoarthritis》中ACR诊断标准）； （3）Kellgren-Lawrence 评分为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级； （4）VAS评分＜4； （5）同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 50-75 years; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis (refer to the acr diagnostic criteria in the international guide Osteoarthritis in 2019); (3) Kellgren-lawrence score is grade I-III; (4) VAS score < 4; (5) Agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）针刺高危人群，包括凝血功能障碍、免疫功能极其低下者，如患血友病、血液系统恶性肿瘤者； （2）有膝关节外伤导致骨折、韧带严重撕裂的病者； （3）合并严重内科并发症者； （4）不能配合治疗的精神病患者及意识不清者，筛选过程中依从性差等不能合格填写问卷者； （5）哺乳、妊娠期妇女； （6）对研究过程使用的针具、碘伏过敏者； （7）近4周内使用过皮质类固醇药物者；近1周内使用过阿片类药物者； （8）近3个月内参加过或正在参其他临床试验者；2周内接受过膝关节针灸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acupuncture high-risk groups, including those with coagulation dysfunction and extremely low immune function, such as hemophilia and malignant tumor of blood system; (2) Patients with fracture and severe ligament tear caused by knee joint trauma; (3) Patients with severe medical complications; (4) Psychiatric patients and unconsciousness who cannot cooperate with the treatment, and those who fail to fill in the questionnaire due to poor compliance during the screening process; (5) Breastfeeding and pregnant women; (6) Those who are allergic to needles and iodophors used in the research process; (7) Those who have used corticosteroids in recent 4 weeks; Those who have used opioids in the past 1 week; (8) Those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; Those who have received acupuncture treatment of knee joint within 2 weeks.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用区组随机分配的方法分组，将纳入患者随机分配为试验组（岐黄针组）和对照组（运动康复组）。随机分配操作由广州中医药大学第一附属医院数据管理专员完成，运用SPSS软件形成根据区组内受试者的编号生成在0-p之间的随机数，设置区组长度为n，每个区组单独生成n个在0～1之间的随机数，并按1：1的比例随机分配到A、B两个比较组（即试验组与对照组）中。

The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (Qihuang acupuncture group) and control group (sports rehabilitation group). The random assignment operation was completed by the Data Management Specialist of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
