研究目的：

观察八段锦对中老年原发性高血压1、2级患者血压水平和肠道菌群的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Baduanjin on blood pressure and intestinal flora in middle-aged and elderly patients with essential hypertension 1, 2.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合高血压诊断标准； （2）年龄45-75岁，男女不限； （3）知情并同意参与八段锦运动者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension; (2) Aged 45-75 years, male or female; (3) Informed and agreed to participate in the Baduanjin exercise.

排除标准：

（1）继发性高血压； （2）高血压病3级，收缩压(SBP)≥180mmHg或舒张压(DBP)≥110mmHg； （3）严重的肌肉骨骼问题导致无法实行八段锦操作者； （4）严重的肝肾功能损害者； （5）患有精神疾病者； （6）采用八段锦运动及八段锦以外的运动方式者； （7）患者长期服用微生态活菌制剂（如酸奶）和抗生素等药物； （8）拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary hypertension; (2) Hypertension level 3, systolic blood pressure (SBP) >= 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) >= 110mmHg; (3) Serious musculoskeletal problems lead to the inability to implement the Baduanjin exercise; (4) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) Suffering from mental illness; (6) Those who use the sports of the Baduanjin and the others; (7) Long-term use of micro-ecological preparations (such as yogurt) and antibiotics; (8) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
