研究目的：

对气郁体质人群进行全转录组研究，通过与平和体质人群相比，筛选差异表达基因，以构建气郁体质特异的差异基因表达谱。采用针刺干预气郁质，并对干预后气郁体质人群进行全转录组测序分析，比较分析干预前后基因表达差异特征。

Objectives of Study：

The differential gene expression profile of qi stangnation constitution was constructed by screening the differentially expressed genes compared with the normal group. Acupuncture was used to intervene qi stagnation constitution, and the whole transcriptome sequencing analysis was carried out on the population with qi stagnation constitution after the intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为18～60周岁，男女不限； （2）符合中医体质学中平和质和气郁质（《中医体质分类与判定》2009年）及西医抑郁、阈下抑郁（《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第5版）诊断标准； （3）SDS（抑郁自评量表）≥50分和/或17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表＞7分； （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The age is 18-60 years old, both male and female; (2) It met the diagnostic criteria of peaceful constitution and qi stagnation constitution; (3) SDS (self rating Depression Scale) >= 50 points and / or 17 items Hamilton Depression Scale > 7 points; (4) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）其他体质类型者； （2）服用与疾病相关药物，或接受其他治疗期间者； （3）患有严重心、脑、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者； （4）沟通有障碍者或不配合研究者； （5）妊娠期、哺乳期女性及过敏体质或对针刺不耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other constitution types; (2) Taking disease-related drugs or receiving other treatment period; (3) Patients with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases; (4) Communication barriers or not cooperating with researchers; (5) Women in pregnancy and lactation and those with allergic constitution or intolerance to acupuncture.
