研究目的：

挖掘北京地区三位名老中医（路志正、田德禄、王庆国）治疗溃疡性结肠炎的辨证施治方法、诊疗技术、用药特点、核心方药；并提炼不少于一种名老中医独特辨证方法、特色有效方药或特色诊疗技术，录制成可推广应用的视频资料。

Objectives of Study：

To excavate the syndrome differentiation and treatment methods, diagnosis and treatment techniques, medication characteristics and core prescriptions of three illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine doctors in Beijing(Lu Zhizheng,Tian Delu,Wang Qingguo) in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. And extract not less than one illustrious senior traditional Chinese medicine doctor's unique syndrome differentiation method, characteristic effective prescription or characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology, record into a video material that can be popularized and applied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医溃疡性结肠炎诊断者； 2.年龄为18-65岁，性别不限； 3.签署知情同意书； 4.参加三次诊疗及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed by western medicine; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Sign informed consent; 4. Patients who participated in three consultations and follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1. 溃疡性结肠炎有严重的并发症，如局部狭窄，肠梗阻，肠穿孔，肠道多发息肉，中毒性巨结肠，直肠癌等； 2. 合并有严重心脑血管疾病（慢性心衰纽约分级标准心功能Ⅲ级以上者、严重心律失常、严重中风后遗症）、肝肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病，其中血ALT、AST＞正常上限者，血Cr＞正常上限者； 3.精神障碍、智力障碍患者； 4.妊娠、哺乳期，或者近期有生育计划者； 5.近3个月内参加过其他药物临床研究的患者； 6.病情严重需要紧急治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ulcerative colitis with serious complications, such as local stenosis, intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal polyps, toxic megacolon, rectal cancer and so on; 2. Patients complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (chronic heart failure, New York classification of heart function above grade III, severe arrhythmias, severe stroke sequelae), liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, among those with blood ALT, AST > normal upper limit, blood Cr > normal upper limit; 3. Patients with mental disorder and mental retardation; 4. Those who are pregnant, lactating, or have a birth plan in the near future; 5. Patients who had participated in clinical studies of other drugs in the past 3 months; 6. Who are in serious need of emergency treatment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

(1)研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表 (2)经过监查员检查后的病例报告表，由监查员签字后，及时送交临床试验数据管理员 (3)数据管理员在进行数据录入，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填写检索目录，以备查考
