Inclusion criteria

(1) Healthy subjects aged between 18 and 50 years;
(2) Right-handedness, regardless of gender;
(3) No previous neurological, mental or motor system diseases;
(4) Did not receive any peripheral stimulation (such as acupuncture, peripheral electrical stimulation, etc.) and central stimulation (such as rTMS, tDCS, etc.) within the last 3 months;
(5) Willing to accept electroacupuncture and never had history of needle fainting;
(6) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients with mental system disorders, such as schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, etc.;
(2) Patients with nervous system disorders, such as brain trauma, posterior fossa disease, spasm, trigeminal neuralgia, Jackson epilepsy, post-facial nerve palsy spasm, blepharospasm, cognitive impairment, speech disorder and dementia;
(3) Had a history of severe hypertension, diabetes, or malignant tumors, serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other viscera;
(4) Persons with metal residues (including dentures, pacemakers, nerve stimulators, medical pumps, etc.);
(5) Those who are afraid of TMS and cannot stimulate TMS for other reasons;
(6) Those who are afraid of acupuncture or have adverse reactions to acupuncture;
(7) Pregnant or lactating women.
