研究目的：

研究期望通过较大样本的临床调查，探讨儿童胸闷变异性哮喘的特征性中医证候及分布规律、肺功能的改变，探索CTVA的最佳中西医联合干预方案，引起广大中、西医儿科医生对该病的重视，促进早期诊断、合理治疗，改善患儿生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

Research expectations by larger samples of clinical investigation, this paper discusses children's chest tightness variant asthma characteristic of TCM syndrome and the distribution law, the change of lung function, explore the best of Chinese and western medicine combined intervention scheme of CTVA, caused the general pediatricians between Chinese and western medicine for the disease, promote the early diagnosis and reasonable treatment, children improve quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

以反复胸闷或长叹气为主要或唯一临床症状； 肺部查体无喘鸣音； 既往无慢性咳嗽及喘息病史； 排除其他系统疾病导致的胸闷； 6-14岁可配合肺功能及FeNO检测,且支气管激发试验阳性； 初诊后给予吸入性糖皮质激素联合长效β2受体激动剂治疗，症状明显改善者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with repeated chest tightness or long sigh as the main or only clinical symptoms; 2. Patients without wheezing sound in lung examination; 3. Patients without history of chronic cough and wheezing; 4. Excluding patients with chest tightness caused by other system diseases; 5. 6-14 years old patients who can cooperate with the detection of lung function and FeNO, and the bronchial provocation test is positive; 6. After initial diagnosis, the symptoms of patients treated with inhaled corticosteroids combined with long-acting β 2 receptor agonists improved significantly.

排除标准：

排除心脏疾病或肺部其他疾病引起的胸闷； 癫痫儿童并正在用药治疗； 各种原因正在使用β-受体阻断剂； 静息心率>120次/min。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude patients with chest tightness caused by heart disease or other lung diseases; 2. Epileptic children are being treated with drugs; 3. Patients who are using beta blockers for various reasons; 4. Patients with resting heart rate > 120 beats / min.
