研究目的：

本项目拟选取神门穴和太冲穴进行配伍，采用经皮电刺激方式，观察“养心安神、平肝息风”治则对小儿术后躁动的缓解作用。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical stimulation on the acupoint combination of HT7 and LR3 for relieving postoperative agitation in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 在深圳市中医院住院，拟在七氟烷麻醉下行短小手术治疗（手术时间<2h）的1（含）～7（含）岁患儿 ② 出生时Apgar 评分≥8 分 ③ ASA 分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 ④ 已签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Children aged 1-7 who are hospitalized in Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and plan to undergo short surgery (operation time < 2h) with sevoflurane anesthesia ② Apgar score ≥ 8 ③ ASA is classified as Grade I-II ④ Informed consent has been signed

排除标准：

① 拟行心肺脑手术或患有严重的心肺脑疾病 ② 难产史或围生期脑缺血缺氧病史 ③ 出生时孕龄≤30 周 ④ 已确诊神经功能发育迟滞 ⑤ 入组前3个月曾参加或正在参加其他临床研究

Exclusion criteria：

① Cardio, pulmonary and brain surgery or severe cardio, pulmonary and brain disease ② History of dystocia or perinatal cerebral ischemia and hypoxia ③ Gestational age ≤ 30 weeks ④ Diagnosed neurodevelopmental retardation ⑤ Participated in or is participating in other clinical studies 3 months before enrollment

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

针灸医师将拟行手术患者的信息录入随机分组系统。通过SAS9.4程序编写动态随机化代码，对患者进行动态随机化分组（神门+太冲/假刺激/曲池+足三里）。非处理因素为：1.性别（男/女）、2.年龄（1～4岁/4～8岁）。

Acupuncture physicians input the information of patients to be operated into the random grouping system. The dynamic randomization code was compiled through SAS9.4 program, and the patients were divided into dynamic randomization groups (HT7+LR3/Sham/ LI11+ST36). Non treatment factors were: 1. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

【数据采集】 1. 由麻醉医师通过电子病历对次日手术患者进行初筛，对潜在入组患者进行术前访视，评估后最终确定入组患者，并记录患者基本信息。 2. 麻醉结束后，用摄像机开始录制苏醒过程。 3. 试验结束后由麻醉医师从麦迪斯顿手术麻醉系统中导出术中生命体征检测数据。针灸医师将所有数据录入病例报告。 4. 针灸医师在手术1年后进行一次PHBQ量表电话随访。 【数据管理】 1. 针灸医师将拟行手术患者的信息录入随机分组系统，确定分组信息。 2. 病例报告中不含患儿个人信息，以受试者编号（随机编号）代替，同时将各个视频文件命名为受试者编号。 3. 所有材料均有针灸医师统一保密管理。 4. 数据收集完成后，针灸医师将围术期生命体征数据以及脑电数据、视频文件、PHBQ量表分别交给三位不同的研究员进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

[Data Acquisition] 1. The anesthesiologist screens the patients who will undergo surgery the next day from the electronic medical record. Then he/she visits and evaluates the patients. The basic information of the patients will be recorded. 2. Use the video camera to record the post anesthetic emergence process. 3. The anesthesiologist exports the intraoperative vital sign detection data from the Mediston Medical system after trial. The acupuncturist enters all data into the case report. 4. The acupuncturist conducted the PHBQ questionnaire with telephone follow-up one year after the operation. [Data management] 1. The acupuncturist enters the records into the electronic case report. 2. The electronic case report does not contain the patient's personal information and is replaced by the subject number (random number). Each video file will be named with the subject number. 3. All materials are kept confidential by the acupuncturist. 4. After data collection, the acupuncturist submitted the perioperative vital sign data/EEG data, video files and PHBQ scale to three different investigators for analysis.
