研究目的：

结合中医经络理论，通过运用体外冲击波穴位治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变，观察治疗前后相关指标变化，证明该治疗方式的有效性及可行性，为中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变提供新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

Combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridian, using extracorporeal shock wave points to treat elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy, observing the changes of related indicators before and after the treatment, prove the effectiveness and feasibility of this treatment, and provide new ideas for the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2017年版）》； ②符合《2013年糖尿病周围神经病变诊断和治疗共识》中DPN的诊断标准； ③年龄≥60岁，性别不限； ④运用多伦多临床神经病变评分（TCSS）进行初筛，初筛分值 6至11 分的； ⑤患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with "China Guidelines for Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment (2017 Edition)"; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DPN in the "2013 Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy"; 3. Aged >= 60 years, no gender limit; 4. Use Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Score (TCSS) for preliminary screening, with a preliminary screening score of 6 to 11; 5. The patient signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①排除其他原因导致的周围神经病变； ②伴有严重的原发疾病（如心血管、呼吸、消化道、内分泌、血液、代谢等系统疾病）；或精神病患者；或恶性肿瘤患者。 ③中断治疗，病历资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude peripheral neuropathy caused by other reasons; 2. Accompanied by serious primary diseases (such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, blood, metabolic and other system diseases); or patients with mental illness; or patients with malignant tumors. 3. Interrupted treatment and incomplete medical records.
