研究目的：

已知慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）的某些症状（如认知、记忆障碍及疲劳状态等）与脑可塑性密切相关，本研究以此为出发点，探讨电针背俞穴调节CFS脑可塑性作用，揭示针刺治疗CFS可能的作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

It is known that some symptoms of Chronic fatigue syndrome（CFS）(such as cognitive and memory disorders and fatigue states) are closely related to brain plasticity. This study took this as a starting point to explore the role of electroacupuncture at Back shu point in regulating brain plasticity of CFS and to reveal the possible mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of CFS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

①电针组：取足太阳膀胱经腧穴：双侧肺俞、心俞、肝俞、脾俞、肾俞，针刺用具选用规格为0.30mm×40mm毫针，施针时向椎体方向斜刺进针0.5-1寸，连接韩氏电针仪，连续波，频率2Hz，留针20分钟，1次/天，5天为1个疗程，疗程间休息2天，共电针治疗4个疗程。 ②假电针组：假电针组选取电针组相同腧穴，针刺用具选用针灸针套具，施针时手持针具刺入套具内，使针头碰触到患者皮肤后，马上退回至软垫内固定，连接韩氏电针仪，电针参数、治疗疗程同电针组。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Electroacupuncture group: take the acupoints of the bladder meridian of foot Sun: bilateral Bilateral Lung Shu Points, Heart shu points,Liver shu points, Spleen shu points and kidney shu points. The specification of acupuncture appliance is 0.30mm x 40mm filiform needle. When the needle is applied, the needle is inserted 0.5-1 inch in the direction of vertebral body, connected with Han's electroacupuncture instrument, with continuous wave, frequency of 2Hz, stay for 20 minutes, once a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, rest for 2 days between courses of treatment, a total of 4 courses of electroacupuncture treatment. 2. Sham electroacupuncture group: the sham electroacupuncture group selected the same acupoints as the electroacupuncture group, and the acupuncture appliance is the acupuncture needle sheath. When the needle is applied, the hand-held needle is inserted into the sheath. After the needle touch the patient's skin, it is immediately returned to the cushion for internal fixation and connected with the Han's electroacupuncture instrument. The parameters and treatment course of electroacupuncture are the same as those of the electroacupuncture group.

纳入标准：

① 年龄18～65岁； ② 符合1994年美国疾控中心修订CFS诊断标准； ③ 签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients who meet the CFS diagnostic criteria revised by CDC in 1994; 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

排除标准：

① 既往诊断有自杀倾向、精神分裂症、躁郁症或其他精神障碍类疾病； ② 酗酒或滥用药物者； ③ 伴有肝肾功不全，或心脑血管系统重大疾病病情无法控制者； ④ 依从性可能较差或畏惧针灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with suicidal tendency, schizophrenia, manic depression or other mental disorders were previously diagnosed; 2. Patients who drink or abuse drugs; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, or major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can not be controlled; 4. Patients with poor compliance or fear of acupuncture.

统计分析人员采取简单随机化方法，应用PEMS3.1 for Windows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计”程序产生随机数字（研究对象总数=60，处理组数=2），得出顺序号，制作随机卡片，加信封密封。合格受试者进入试验时，按具体进入的先后次序以信封上的序号顺序拆开信封，依照随机卡片上的提示进行分组。
