Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion of the five elements on the elbow joints of women by implementing the five-element acupuncture therapy from the perspective of yin and yang and the five elements to stimulate the elbow joints

纳入标准：

身体健康状况良好，视觉状况正常，实验前六各月内无上肢受伤之经验，亦从未做过上肢受伤或校正手术

Inclusion criteria

Good health, normal vision, no upper extremity injury experienced in the six months before the experiment, and no upper extremity injury or corrective surgery

排除标准：

实验前六个月内上肢受伤

Exclusion criteria：

Upper limb injuries within six months before the experiment
