研究目的：

观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎之“胆热脾寒”证的临床疗效及血浆代谢组学的影响，探索其治疗作用的物质基础，进一步归纳和深化“胆热脾寒”证的方证特点，最终形成可推广的临床应用方案。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with the syndrome of "gallbladder heat and spleen cold" and the influence of plasma metabolomics, explore the material basis of its therapeutic effect, further summarize and deepen the characteristics of the syndrome of "gallbladder heat and spleen cold", and ultimately form a clinical application program that can be popularized

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、符合慢性非萎缩性胃炎的诊断标准 2、符合胆热脾寒的证候诊断 3、年龄大于18岁且小于75岁 4、签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic non-atrophic gastritis 2. Meet the syndrome diagnosis of gallbladder heat and spleen cold 3. Older than 18 and younger than 75 4. Sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1、慢性非萎缩性胃炎中合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染者 2、伴有其他慢性疾患或严重疾病（如心脏病、肾功能衰竭等） 3、伴有其他影响神志不能完成正常医患沟通的疾病 4、长期服用可能影响本研究的类似药物者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Helicobacter pylori infection in chronic non-atrophic gastritis 2. Other chronic diseases or serious diseases (such as heart disease, renal failure, etc.) 3. Other diseases that affect consciousness and can not complete normal doctor-patient communication 4. Long-term use of similar drugs that may affect this study
