研究目的：

本研究拟开展一项前瞻性、随机、对照临床研究，旨在评估参附汤对急性虚证型脓毒症心肌病患者预后的影响。

Objectives of Study：

A prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study to evaluate the effect of Shenfu Decoction on the prognosis of patients with septic cardiomyopathy of Ji Xing Xu Zheng

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)年龄>18周岁患者； 2)明确或疑似感染患者； 3)SOFA评分≥2分； 4)心脏超声提示新发心功能障碍； 5)由受试者本人或法定代理人签署的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients over 18 years old; 2) Patients with confirmed or suspected infection; 3) SOFA score ≥ 2 points; 4) Cardiac ultrasound prompts new cardiac dysfunction; 5) Informed consent signed by the subjects themselves or their legal representatives.

排除标准：

1)既往合并心功能不全的患者； 2)既往合并慢性肾脏疾病的患者； 3)既往合并肝功能不全的患者：肝功能（ALT、AST）≥正常值上限2倍； 4)孕期或围产期的患者； 5)对参附成分过敏的患者 ； 6)已知3个月内参加过其他任何临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with previous cardiac insufficiency; 2) Patients with previous chronic kidney disease; 3) Patients with previous hepatic insufficiency: liver function (ALT, AST) ≥ 2 times the upper limit of normal; 4) Pregnancy or perinatal patients; 5) Patients who are allergic to ginseng ingredients; 6) Patients who are known to have participated in any other clinical trials within 3 months.
